She walked me through what was needed on our end in order to rebuild our website and then personally assisted me while I learned to update and manage the site.
Kristen guided me through the technical aspects of our advertising and even went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make “How To” videos in case I needed help in the future. She was always a phone call away and happy to come in and personally help me when I needed it, whether it be social media, advertising, or our website.
